Why is nobody playing Fizz?

is one of the strongest champions in the game on the current patch and absolutely demolishes tanks and ADCs who have currently been considered OP. In the past 6 games I've played with him I have gotten an average of 17 kills every game and carried hardcore because of the stupid ass 45 percent cdr mastery which reduces the cooldown of your E to** 4.4 seconds** making you near** immortal.** So what gives? Why is nobody playing the stupid little shit?

I don't really know which champions counter him but I'm happy they make his life so hard that no1 wants to play him so carelessly.

Because only assholes play Fizz and Lytes automated system has banned a ton of them.

Fizz is bad unless you're 100% sure you can carry the game. Rotten fish is bad for the team.

He's easy to counter. If you think he's that great then maybe you should stay silent and ride the elo-vator. If people play him more, I'll laugh as I counter with Annie or Ryze. :P
