You should be able to customize your Rune and Mastery Pages more

Everyone has their organizational pet peeves, whether it be moving your chat box around, playing with the mini-map on the left, or moving around the champions in the scoreboard (tab). So let's get right down to the meat of things. I think there should be an option to move around rune/mastery pages that are already established and to be able to categorize them (similar to the grouping feature in the friend's list). I would find this very helpful in keeping our runes and masteries organized so that you can group all your role specific pages together. For example, you would be able to go to rune page 12 and make a new page for the new champion that you want to try out and then click + drag that page into the corresponding role that you will be playing with that champion. It helps save time individually moving each rune page over one until you have space to place the rune page where you want it.
