SURR 13 MIN

Helllo! I have an important question, game victory is decided too early and the gold from the first tower must be removed. Every game is decided if one has taken the first tower or if someone has got a killing spree before 13 minutes. You can predict if you have lost or won before 13 minutes, and when the opponents have taken the first tower that usually comes with 1 or 2 Kills together which is about 4k gold lead, so it is impossible to come back and turn the game. This is not league and you know it, it had to be fixed. This play style is boring and is not league, and if u dont do anything about this problem, put surrender time at 15 mins at least.
