Bring back Lissandra
Lissandra is one of the only mid laner champs who can't bursting enemies. But why? I know what the thoughts of it are. With a 3 sec CC it would be unfair doing much damage, but this is too less damage.

PhearBunny1 votesPlay her top. Her TP presence is dangerous af. Shes ungankable, and shes pretty strong against most top laners. Ive always thought she was a better version of Kennen.
Tikail1 votesI've never had a problem with her mid, she's my most reliable mid lane champ because mid and jung need to all in and pop ults usually to even gank her successfully.
