I think the extra cooldown reduction in the upcoming patch on essence reaver is to strong. Better would be if only half of the extra critical chance would go for extra cd on esscence reaver and Graves AA against Turretes is to strong , because you can destroy towers in only 3-4 hit with full AA with all bullets.

They removed turret armor, and graves has really low AS. Other ADC's can take turrets as fast as him, but I'll grant you he takes them fast.

That alone isn't really an issue. His ranged makes it much harder to take towers than many ADC's.
