I think after this patch teemo is more strong than never... mushroom power is really awesome and you can get a mushroom each 13 seconds.

Amarajah2 votesThat's not a good video to show he's broken, but yeah he's busted right now of course, his winrate went up a ridiculous amount. Plus the Glacial keystone in the Inspiration tree allows him to permaslow and screw melee matchups way too much. I mean, look at how far tryndamere fell in WR for his role on champion.gg, 17 ranks down. I'm sure all these top lane abusers of the new runes are a big cause.

There's no conclusion one way or the other. That video says nothing about the state of Teemo.
