Can we reconsider Urgot?

It has been a very long time since Urgot was first created and in that state of the game he came into his ability to be a bruiser-adc-mage broke the game so he was nerfed into oblivion and he has stayed there ever since aside from poking his head up for air once or twice. But does his kit even do that anymore?

There are plenty of champions with more overloaded kits then Urgot so whey don't we add a champion to this game by buffing him to playable?

Want to harass the top lane tanks and then build bruiser in the midgame? already do that Want to build half a few damage items and then tank while still melting squishies? got it covered Want to build tear and stack up with quick un-dodgable harass after landing one ability? says "hi"

His kit isn't overly simple. Several of his abilities are skillshots and his ultimate has plenty of counterplay on it. He also isn't a feast or famine champ like some of the other perma-nerfed champions.

I don't think the game is in the same state it was when riot made the decision to nerf him out of it and I don't think that he needs to be reworked in order to be brought back into this game.

It's 2017 guys. Lets bring Urgot back into the game.
