why cant i get blue essance afeter a match

Google it. it's been this way for a few months now and it's not hard to find out why.

The changed the system because "now you earn more BE this way" according to them. I prefer the old method of getting IP (old BE) after each game even if I gold less than I do now simply because each game felt like it meant something. I could see my IP climb and I knew that in 2 or 4 games I could get a new champion. Now it will be 14 or so games before I get a chance to see how much random IP I'm given, and hope it's enough for that champion I want so I don't have to wait another 14 games just for that extra 20 BE I need.
