Weird bugsplats and frame drops

Is it just me or is this new patch really screwing with everyone? I just had a game with 3 other teammates and me who all had bugsplats simultaneously???

A lot of people are complaining about small fps drops that cause stuttering. Can someone clue me in why this might be happening right after this patch? I never had a problem like this till now.

I also got like 20 higher ping than normal a few weeks back, which is also a pain in the ass
