Click rengar sin the shop. Click on his SSW skin, exit out, then repeat 2 more times. Then, go to your profile, and go to your champions. Click on the first champion in highest mastery. Go to the lore, then exit out. Go to the menu, then to the shop again. Click on pool party lulu on sale, then click out of her, then uninstall league. Reinstall it, and then WALLA! You can PLAY AGAIN!
