Zed or Katarina?

Who would be better for my playstyle. i am agressive with using flash ALOT. I am always trying to achieve kill more then helping the team. i am right now using talon but i wanna play with katarina or zed so can you tell me which to use. btw i recall at 20% of Health however it is high. I can be patient but only in ranked not in unranked.

also please dont write bad comments cause i can make you cry if you try. but i am not going to cause i have no time. also my chasing combo is E>W>Q>R.
