So I was playing against a Master Yi mid laner awhile ago, and it turns out it's really op. He does more damage than veigars ult.

Lol, are you the Veigar I was playing against earlier? The one that rushed full squishy and couldn't land a stun on me to save your own life?

Veigar's ult is a execute. It is there to kill off low health enemies, not 100-0 them. So yes, a sustained damage/burst damage champ like Yi would do more than one execute ult.
