Why cant we buy skins with IP

I have alot of friends that also play lol, and they spend money on champs and skins. BUT I AM NOT GONNA SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON A VIDEO GAME. Can we have any way in the future to buy skins for IP. Now, im not asking for skins to be like 600 IP or something, since its free, it should be super expensive. I know that there is hextech chests and you can get skin shards and upgrade them, but for some reason i always get garen champion shard. I seriously have like ten garens! So i never get skin shards.

It's a free to play game. Skins are how they make their money.

I am a game developer. I spend 8 hours a day of my life making games. It is hard, challenging work. I have to come in both days this weekend to meet a deadline. That people don't want to pay me for the hard work, and just want everything free is annoying.

LoL already has quite a permissive F2P model. Be grateful that you don't have to:

Pay to download the game and start playing.
Pay for server access.
Pay for the endless (and thankless) work that goes into playbalancing.
Pay for champs (Free rotation, can buy champs with IP).
Pay for runes.
Pay for all that work they did to reroute all the traffic with ISPs to lower the ping for everyone.

while i agree the op's post was a lil silly... im sry ur argument is as well...

im a janitor... i work 12 hours a day of my LIFE cleaning other people's shit... its boring, tedious work, i have to come in weekends and everyday i have a deadline before the people show up.... people pay me a miserable wage that is not enough to live off of from 1 job working 12 hours a day....

be grateful you:

have a job you like
get paid better than most people
are thank more than i ever have been
get to work in an environment5) you choose
idk some other condescending crap that says your life is so hard and the op dosent matter... grow up, life sux

But people pay you to do your work, I'd argue not enough, but that's a different problem. At the very least, they do not expect you to do it for free. Millions of people expect us to do our work for free. I am sorry if it sounded condescending. (PS... it wasn't me who downvoted you)
