Mundo + Revitalize = Negative Healing
So turns out, taking Revitalize on
makes you have negative healing from this Rune?

Someone care to explain what is going on?

That's... actually pretty funny. Did you notice anything while you were playing? If not, it might just be funny maths stat-wise that doesn't actually affect your play, just the counter.
2 plus 2 is -312, bad maffs.
Might be accidentally including heal costs as "negative" healing.
Might be worth checking to see if revitalize is changing the actual health costs of his abilities (which is shouldn't, but if the rune is getting negative from somewhere maybe it's touching more than it should).
I've taken it into training mode. For some reason, it's NOT counting the heals from his ult (and I think Grasp heals, too, right?)
Backing and shopping suddenly pushed me out of negative, though.
I'll try this out with other health-sacrificing champs.

So um... fun fact, I looked up the wiki and his ult isn't really a flat heal, so it doesn't proc revitalize? It's considered "health regen per 5 seconds". And thus may not have the interaction with Revitalize and
Spirit Visage as expected.
@Riot: It'd be nice to get a Rioter's confirmation on this, though.
I hope it doesn't increase the health costs by a % mistaking them for regen Oo
Note that on Mundo your Ult is not a heal, but the health return from hitting/last hitting with your Q is treated as a heal. The old Runic Armor mastery used to be pretty solid on him, because it meant that you got a small heal from last hitting with Q. Runic Armor also impacted Health Restoration (unlike Revitalize).
When I tried out Revitalize on Mundo I could see it counting a small heal each time I hit/last hit with Q, but this was before the recent changes. The negative healing sure seems odd!
I only took it as I had a Taric and Sona on my team, so wanted to maximise their healing. I know it doesn't effect regen from my ult.
It kept ticking down whenever I had my W on from what I remember
Edit: Just jumped into a custom game on Howling Abyss (as per the original game), and having my W on slowly ticks down the Revitalize. Currently at -25 after one minute XD Using Q made it go down by another -3 Evidently Health costs do something weird with it. I just checked, my Q cost exactly 50 health still...
Does anyone have an update on this issue? Is revitalize still negatively impacting health regen champs? Maybe a comment from Riot?
