Top lane tanks/secondary supports

As alot of people know that tanks are already pretty strong right now in the jungle but in top lane tanks have suffering pretty badly for awhile now. We've already seen top laners building locket for their team and with the overall shape of tanks item right now it might not be bad for tanks to start just building straight up support item such as Ruby ss, Knights vow, locket. These items basically help your overall team due to them just being cheaper and better tank items plus with the Ruby ss passive the actives on these items is reduced. With solo exp and gold, top lane tanks can basically buff their teams due to how these items scale with level and most health. Overall my two cents that might help tanks in the top lane
