My short opinion about 6. 12 /remake patch.
So according to this new /remake system, when there is an afk for 90 seconds at 3 min mark,the team is prompted to vote on /remake, and the team that's short on teammembers can stop game without losing any LP. Also the AFK gets leaverbust.
I don't like this new system, though I have to admit it's an ok start.
First of all, at least based on my experience, the people who are DC at first 5 min have momentary internet problems; they are not DCing on purpose. It randomly happens during loading screen, for example, when you are 100% but still doesn't load game, and it turns out that you are Dced from game and you have to restart the client.
Also, most ragequitters that I see quit in mid game, about after 10 minute mark? or anytime during mid or late game. At that point it gets somewhat obvious who is going to win, and most ragequitters are like "my team so bad GG going afk" you know. However, this new /remake system doesn't help reducing such unmannerly players. It also doesn't help that the /remake is only prompted when you don't give first blood. That means when someone rages for their teammate's FB and AFK/DC, you don't get the /remake chance.
Of course, you don't give the enemies 1st blood in first 3 minutes unless you are invaded or really stupid enough to dillydally in enemies jg, but it happens, right?
I mean, giving leaverbuster for the AFK in first 3 min? Really? You don't even do anything until 1: 15~20 mark(where jg starts farming), and people tend to come back unless they really just left game.
I m sorry for messy writing, but this is just my thought about /remake.
I think either you just forgive loss for EVERYONE including AFK player, or make a different system
