Caitlyn nerf again?

I looked at the patch notes 7.16 and looked at Caitlyn and really? you nerfed her again? Now i know why her win rate dropped to 45% because she literally does no damage besides her headshots. her q does no damage which is her best farming tool and her attack speed is low and her traps do less. the only good thing about her is her range. I was fine with Caitlyn until this patch. I understand why they changed the hurricane interaction and why they lowered her attack speed but honestly, Caitlyn is garbage now.
