4800 IP Champion Suggestions

Hello people! I was looking for some feed back on a good champion to buy for 4800 IP. I main Lux mid and I enjoy playing talon when hes not banned, mid or top. I also used to main Ashe bot for most of my league days (I know so generic). I strongly dislike going jungle because I am pretty bad at kiting and was maybe looking for a new adc because im kinda tired of playing Ashe. At first, I had my mind set on ezreal but since hes a pretty kiting based champion ive kinda strayed away from going that route. Anyways, drop your suggestions below.
