Hey guys. Last time i played i wanted to try her. But there was a problem... I played against lvl7 lvl5 lvl7 lvl6 lvl5. I try to play but they know how to play with his champs so we got any chance. So my proposition is to ask Riot to create a normal when you can't play lvl4/5/6/7. This will be good to try new champs without playing against main enemy team.

There are people who made it their job once level masteries were created to get lvl 5 on every champion. It would be too much of a resource hog for Riot's servers to create an entire new queue for only a small population of players.
