Level 30

I recently played a ranked game with an unranked guy with 81 wins in normal. I am silver 3 by the way and i had like 500 wins before i started to play ranked. The problem is how fast you get to level 30. 81 wins is not much at all and i think it is super annoying that i will play with someone who are so bad compared to me. I think that riot have to make a new level system. Maybe with more levels than 30 or maybe you should just need to have way more xp when you climb the levels. I hope that i am the only one there has to deal with this problem, because it is so annoying. Give me your thoughts please. Thank you
