Stuns, roots, knock up's and snare's all need there timers lowering massively the only one in game i think is fair at the minute is
champions like
with a 3 second root is just a way to get someone killed. There a great tool in a champions kit to help get kills but it needs to be help get the kill not be the reason you get the kill.
Slack King2 votesFk riven, her knockup is bs. Let alone her aoe stun thats on a low cd mid game and does good dmg as well
god senna1 votesye can be annoying to fight but its fair because she has to be sat on top of you as such to get the stun and knock up on you so you can just turn round and give her it back were as just roots you for 3 seconds from miles away puts her bleed pad under you and walks away because she has built full ap and your going to die

ye
if you cant dodge a skill shot from a mile away thats on you
Ralanr1 votesSo you want to cut the supporting power of some supports in half as well as hurt the utility tanks bring so damage dealers can live longer to do more damage in a damage meta?
If that's the case, how about no?
god senna1 votesno your missing the point people like and can carry a game by just picking your team off one at a time with there q's is just to over powered see
's hook is fair unlike am not saying all am saying look at the same 4 champions that get abused due to there over powering cc you put
and on the bottom lane together and see how well u live with a total root/stun time of around 6 seconds you don't have a hope in hell of getting out of there alive
Ralanr1 votesWhat's wrong with support carries? They punish bad positioning.
