Stuns, roots, knock up's and snare's all need there timers lowering massively the only one in game i think is fair at the minute is champions like with a 3 second root is just a way to get someone killed. There a great tool in a champions kit to help get kills but it needs to be help get the kill not be the reason you get the kill.
