CUT DOWN THE OVERALL DMG INGAME BY 20%

  • longer teamfights
  • more exciting 1v1 situations
  • snowballing would go done even more
  • comebacks would be more possible

It wouldn't really change anything in the long run of things. (outcomes of teamfights would remain the same regardless of -20% damage or not more than likely.)

However it would make it a more engaging experience which is a plus in my book.

I politely think there's a much better way to improve game health. Id be happy for some input. Open invitation to everybody. Far as the DV bot. Doesn't look like its about, that things usually throwing out about 15-20 onto posters or threads in about a second. You might have some one who just DV if they see your name on a thread or some one who simply disagreed. Bit unrelated but If the DV bot keep showing up then I think we should as a start trying to link similar threads together. Mods don't have a tool for it so we could make our own "mega threads"

Now on topic. I don't think the universal Nerf Damage suggestions ideal. I just feel like it doesn't account well enough for individual kits and items. I think visiting champion Base stats and adjusting values and growths per level would be a good way to add in survivability because your able to target each class and champions in that class to have a longer time to kill and this comes primarily off game time.

you'd be able to highlight the champions whos strong suits are durability and as the stats scale of gametime/EXP not just gold gain your gonan find yourself seeing players behind from a bad lane hit slightly higher relevance.

I think the 20% wont impact snowballing all that much, you might be in lane longer but if your bullied away from cs you just don't see a power spike and if your kits been nerfed you again don't see a powerspike.
