Bad gameplay experience for new players

So i made a smurf account so i can have one for ranked and one for casual play. Leveling up this account is the usual grind which isn't the problem. The Problem i am seeing frequently is people who are openly admitting that they are smurfs and pick champs that can easily stomp new players just so they can win. It is ruining the experience for people who are just starting out (Even from lower levels like 5 and up) These new players are giving up trying to level their accounts because they cant win a game due to these experienced players just destroying them every game. Not only that but some even go as far as trash talking the new players at the end game screen. I know there isnt a way to stop people from smurfing but i would like this problem to be known so maybe something can be done about it. I would hate for people to lose interest in the game because someone purposefully ruined the game just so they could win
