Ivern's bush strategy effect/interactions vs kalista

I haven't had the opportunity to experience this lane or playing vs many Iverns yet, but Because kalista's autos don't hit people she cannot see. It could be used to not only block an auto, but allows the enemy adc to poke her and run into the bush without the worry.

Her salvation would be her W giving her sight of the enemy, but it has a hefty cooldown. You have your support able to help, but you only have so many wards to vision those bushes and supports may not buy right away. o.0

This is just speculating and all, but it sounds really annoying to lane against +70% slow.
