bot lanes health

so riot over nerfed adc last patch and they also nerfed enchanters this patch and normally it would be okay but it isnt since they didnt buff another type of support i think its to get pyke playrate boosted especially since people that would have a good time poking them got their shields and i think to get botlane back i think you should revert the adc items and nerf ie crit damage by a bit not so much that ie isnt bought anymore but a bit so adc arent dealing to much damage ( i say this because adc was getting complained for dealing to much crit damage and thats why they reworked them) i also say that adc needs a buff because with 1 patch and a few days Vladimir became a tier 1 adc thats over every adc except for and the top two adc yasuo and mordekaiser.

as for supports i think you need to bring back another type of support i dont want damage ones because i feel brand is getting too much love but tank supports because true damage is really prevalent and damage is just flying around but to prevent other tanks from just being too strong i think the some of the power should be in a returned item such as with the shields having a bit of a scaling nerf ( to further prevent maokai and others from being unkillable but being able to tank ) i might be a lil biased since i used to play tristana adc and shen suppport but since riot is in a panic for balance due to players leaving so much that they wont be able to broadcast on television and make more money which is the biggest reason why these changes are happening

edit i saw some math and the only thing wrong with enchanter is that the duration is way to short also with reading some im sorry i didnt call vladimir apc but for adc/APC i think there needs to be common ground and since we only a few days in so more apc champions like will probably happen which is good but i will say this again that biases will come mostly since i played alot but adc dying im not as mad with it ( i dont play adc all that much tbh compared to other roles ) but for health as i mostly said is i think there needs to be a bit more marksman in the role but league seemed to be more fun with marksman mid so do what you want with it i just do math and read patches and write about what i feel with the information given its not like i play the game anymore so my opinion shouldnt matter but i feel like im going to make a game so this really helps on what i should and shouldnt do
