Optional Tool to prevent Ping fluctuation

Hey guys, i just came up with an idea to "reduce" lag while playing gangplank. on WiFi. and the router connected to HSPA (aka mobile net). that caused my ping to fluctuate between 60 and 140 (with rare higher spikes but w/e). thing is, i was able to time my barrels while on 140 ms, and on 60 ms, but not while it was fluctuating between both. so my idea is to create a tool that intentionally sets your ping to a certain level, only exceeding it (since theres nothing one can do about that), but never falling lower. that means in my case my ping wouldve been set to at least 140, allowing me to time my barrels while on a shaky connection.

this may sound stupid at first, but think about it. once you have the timing for 140ms figured out, the experience playing is a lot better than when shaking between 60 and 140, since your spells wont have that weird variance of when they hit. this should be optional only, as a tool for those who want stability over short-term connection speed. in my vision this is either in the gameplay tab of the options or a new one called "Ping Regulation" or something like that.

You should just look into changing to an internet provider that has a more stable internet connection

I mean the problem with league is it is a very picky game. In this game I get ping fluctuations due to something with my laptop (I have a really good wifi card, but for some reason my connection to Riot spikes at specific times and lasts for like 1-2s just long enough to cause a hard DC in game).

I ended up looking around and downloading a tool to force my computer to focus on the wifi adapter (because removing its ability to cut its power wasn't working). I now use WLAN optimizer whenever I am online to fix my laptop's issues (it persisted through 3 different wifi adapters). I leave it on streaming mode and I no longer have ping fluctuations of 100+ ping and no longer lose connection. I used Ping Plotter towards Riot's IP to monitor my ping when ever I tested it and solutions.

Look into your computer or your set up and see if there is a known problem with your router or your wifi adapter. For me I knew the problem, the problem was no solutions I found worked. I had to guess my way to fix it and it took approx 2 weeks between using a usb wifi adapter and installing a new wifi adapter that actually has updates for windows 10 and then proceeding with further trouble shooting.

Personally I would prefer to have a nice gaming rig, but I don't live on my own just yet, so I have no space for it and I need a laptop for college work. I would go the wired connection if I had a good place to set up for it, but I don't so I make do with what I have.
