Unfair matchmaking

I know this is probably common in the forums, but god damn I'm always matched against gold players and silver 1-2 if I'm lucky (in normal queue). I'm level 22, and I don't stand against a few golds in the same game for many reasons, firstly I can barely manage to keep my lane alive, and secondly, the other ranked player in the ennemy team usually feeds on my poor teamates (as they are not fairly matched too), then I must fight against a better player than myself PLUS a bett player than myself with 10 kills at 15 minutes. Seriously, this is getting annoying and even toxic, would you please, riot, consider a solution to fix this? I'm not the only one, and it's getting boring on the long run, I get that you want to match up players with equal-skills players, but there seems to be a problem, in your... Maths. Even though all of this looks like whining, it's not, I just want the game to be improved, as I used to enjoy it, but now, it's just getting too toxic.
