Abandoning a match or being AFK results in a negative experience for your teammates, and is a punishable offense in League of Legends.

That's funny, because I could swear I just had an 0-6 Jungler on my team in a match, a half-health Rumble pushing down my top tower for five minutes straight, and zero appearances from my jungler for what is practically a free kill.

That was very much a negative experience and I'm pretty sure having that troll on your team is worse than an AFK.

So Rito, when are you going to take care of these clowns that deliberately fail at League? [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

They won't. And I hope you didn't say a word to Rumble or else you will be reported and punished. That is how Riot works. You can troll nearly every game, but if you don't say a word in chat, it'll take you ages to get banned, maybe not banned at all. Instead, the people who flamed the troll will be banned. Sad, sad system.
