Aphelios is not ok

Mostly of the new champions released since ZOE have been a little bit OP. The things that me and mostly other players hate the most about this champs are these 2: They only need 2 pokes to kill somebody: kai sa, aphelios, akali. Or they can insta kill you from a root: zoe, pyke (which also has a gigantic mobility). These things were experienced by me in fights at level 6 with a difference of only a kill. For me aphelios is the biggest problem. The other champs i can suffer. But this one is not ok. Riot. You just made a champion with 5 different passives on his basic attacks, 5 different types of Q, and 5 different ults. This champion can pentakill from a Q and an ult, he can not get blocked by yasuo's windwhield with his weapons. At the start: He can heal the dmg he got from pokes, he can poke you back, he can get a total of over 1.7 attack speed, he can perma slow (this being the reason why people play ashe) and he can hit multiple targets. What can his counter be? If you think about a way he can get countered trust me that one of his weapons will find a way to not get countered at all. Aphelios is one of the easiest champions to play. Please. Fix this problem. I also put a link to show you how dirty can an aphelios ult look like. This guy made this penta solo (+plus a turret shot on a tank) with only a "click on the target" ability. I just want to know. Am i the single one who would like aphelios to get nerfed?
