Support Item - Torch (clears vision but dies out over time like a torch would..)

Just watching a LCS game and was thinking..

Would be cool to have like a TORCH item that could be unique to the current 2 ways to clear vision.

Here were my thoughts. -it's a torch that grants the ability to clear wards and such -the torch timer would refresh at the fountain since over time the fire would die out -the length of time would be based off of your level -the item would be geared toward Support -only clears vision within your team's jungle and brush

I think a lot of that could be altered - but I had the idea and started thinking of other ways it would fit well into League and still be unique and interesting.

ALSO: forgot to say the vision it puts out does not go around walls! i guess like light would ^_^
