Zed and the depression; suicidal

Zed was nerfed a few patches ago very harshly and unfairly they now make you wait one whole second before you can re activate your ults shadow to go back which makes no sense at all because it deprives him of an escape on an assasin that specializes in going in and get it out QUICKLY,the nerf basically targeted his ability to go in and pop you before you have a say in the matter then get out and had they actually done something about it that would be fine but what they did was completely unrelated seeing as he can still go in and destroy anyone instantly but now hes a suicide bomber and they are considering him balanced when he is really under-powered instead a champion that has so much counter-play from items like zhonyas hourglass and quicksilver sash shouldn't be getting focused by silly and useless nerfs like this one... riot should consider removing the one second rule on his ult and doing something like a slower ult travel speed to give the target more reaction time and the zed the same ability to escape.
