winter map how to get???
so i see all these streamers with the winter map, and i thought that riot put the winter map on, but guss not... is there anyway i can get it? but is it not against the rules to get it either??

probably a custom map skin downloaded somewhere. looks like there are some visual artifacts in the trees around gromp.
its funny though how the community manages to bring back winter summoners rift before riot with all their resources.
after the large summoners rift rework i was really hoping holiday map skins (halloween, winter sr) would make a return. kinda disappointing.
I'd try to get it myself, but I can't even figure out how to get Blakinola's announcer pack working
