Why don't you give Udyr 2 skill points at certain levels?
I know Udyr is already strong enough for early game, but I'm sure you know his late game power is not so powerful.
I think it's because of his 'Incomplete' skill power.
To master all of his skills, 20 skill points are needed, but only 18 points are provided to him.
That's not so attractive to Udyr users, I think.
He has no Ult, then he should have his powerful and 'Complete' 4 normal skills.
No ult, and imcomplete normal skills? I'm not sure that's fair.
If you give him 2 skill points at certain levels(I think lv 9 and lv 18 are quite proper.), he will have 4 complete normal skills.
That will make him more useful for mid and late game.
What do you think about this, guys?
