He shoots toxic darts for autos, this one just blinds you. So its an empowered auto that blinds... Why does Shen W not block it?
No his Q is a spell and his E is a basic attack enhancer. So Shen W should not block a spell.
His Q is a spell, not an auto attack. His E gives the toxic dart passive, his Q is the targeted blind ability.
