Does Dark Seal actually stack AP on kills?
It shows the numbers on the item icon, but there is no additional AP when you hover over it. Does it actually stack AP, or does it just save it for Soulstealer?

I imagine it just saves the stacks. Otherwise it kind of defeats the purpose of upgrading it.
That would be really broken if you got the bonuses immediately. The idea is to get some cheap, gold-efficient early stacks then have them carry over when you upgrade.
Although, it may not be working properly now that you mention it. I assumed it was working as intended by not granting any AP.
