Every single time i load into a game any game even custom it gives me a bugsplat happend 2 days ago reinstall the whole thing and then it just started up again is there a fix?

you could try filing a support ticket, if you want troubleshooting advice you should probably post your system specs and your logs

Try downloading and using the Hextech repair tool.
