Dear Riot what am I supposed to do with a champion capsule other than convert the champions into a minuscule 270 blue essence, since I already OWN every champion you have made. That reward is effectively waste. So thanks but it doesn't motivate me at all.
Honestly, I'm just holding onto all my champ shards in the hopes they'll be worth the effort to deal with some day.
You got IP before, which was just as 'wasted'. (Also, champ capsules contain at least 810 worth of BE in total, although perhaps you meant you got multiple champs disenchanting for 270 each.)
On some level I almost rather get champ shards for champs I have, because then it's a very clear cut decision to disenchant them. If I get a shard for a champ I don't own, then I'm torn between holding on to it to upgrade to perm later, or disenchant it now and maybe afford something else I want.
Did you not see the blue essence store they just released to deal with the problem of useless IP? This is the worst timed post...
