cant climb out

so i have been playing solo q allot this year first time after feeling my mechanics where good enough, I do great every game least deaths most cs most kills most vision placed ect... but as you can see in the link i get matched with so many bad ppl what can i do i cant join my friends there all platt and gold and the ppl i meet in my tier cant even cs
