Is Ivern a Balanced champion?

Currently he's undertuned and people aren't really used to him yet. Combine those two factors and it isn't surprising that he's got a 33% winrate. Wait for buffs/QoL fixes.

the ability to instantly clear enemy camps with smite is going to be extremely obnoxious. he'll force at least 2 people to stay by each camp so he can't get away with one

I think he is. He forces junglers to stay on their toes, lest their buffs fade away. He is able to act as a strong support to aid his team, but on the flip side he lacks in damage. What he lacks in damage, he makes up for in Crowd Control.

from playing 20 ranked games with him (55% winrate), I PERSONALLY think he's a bit undertuned. I'm aware there was a small mid-patch on him for some better scaling, which does help him. However, his ult seems a bit underwhelming in some sorts. Also, I kinda want to see a bit more damage (maybe just 5-10 more per level) on his w passive. Other than that, I think he's decent, ppl just don't know how to use him [slayer-jinx-wink]
