for meh, it's like they took everything that made it difficult to play Soraka (i.e., mobility in teamfights, sweetspotting her Q slow, running out of mana while healing) and addresses each issue
but I'm kinda dreading the mana thing. Don't really want to have a kotl-esque (for all you DotA fans) experience with her while player support.

Canidae1 votesI honestly thought on paper they made her even more broken than she currently is. However, judging from reddit, it looks like if PBE soraka goes live, she won't likely become a fotm, which means that I won't have to worry about her being contested.
Then again, my support builds are a bit...unorthodox.

At least, they're reducing the mana cost of her Q by a significant amount. I'll probably go back to experimenting with other mana regen items.
