[GAMEPLAY] Leaver buster bug

After having a 5 to 10 sec disconnect at the start of the game i went top lane. and i was there 30 secs BEFORE minion spawn. at 3min against my laner, the remake failsafe still procs and i lose not only the game and get lp Stolen from me but i got a leaver buster also. this is clearly a glitch and the last update has done something to the leaver buster. A link to the game is above. If i were there at all then how can i have 13 cs when only 3 waves have spawned. This needs to be fixed.
