Target champions only + Atack move + Macro ??

(video part 14:27 - 15:23) Greg said "If you have high level strategy the game wont just come down to miss clicking". But every single game of soloQ/duoQ dont have a high level strategy so they are going to end just by a miss click sometimes. So a miss click is the real problem, which happening to me every game. So I was looking for solution for that and, I found the target champions only key bind. The target champions only let players an opportunity to reduce a miss click chance when they are casting a on target spell or auto attacking directly. But still when we are trying to aa but we are clicking on the ground we are going to came closer to the enemy and probably die, so the solution for that is using a attack move key binding. But if we hit the ground it doesnt matter did we hold a target champions only button we are going to just aa the closest target which can be a minion which can ruin everything once again. (Imo) It shouldnt work that way, both of those hot keys was created to reduce miss click but why they are not working with each other? Another question is "Why do we need to hold this key bind?" If you must hold a button to use this hot key, you can't use keyboard for that hot key, while using this hot key u want to have fingers on all of your spells because u want to use them while holding this button. Imagine a situation, you have your hit champions only button binded on C, you are playing Tristana, you want to do W then flash then E on the campion so after the flash u have ur finger on F not on C so there is a chance that you will hit your E on a minion. So you need to bind it to a mouse button, but holding a mouse button is not comfortable, for me as the other players with similar posts. ** So why we cant just press it once to turn on and then second one to turn off?** The only reason for that (imo) is new players. Because imagine a newbie who accidently press ~ and then he cant aa minions/turrets/wards for the rest of the game. But this one hot key is designed not for newbie players, but for a experinced players so it should be unbined from the beginning which will solve issues with begginer players.

Other players actually found a solution for a holding button problem but I dont think its legal im talking about macro _ (macro key is a key which do a pre recorded key sequence)_ so it can be used just to hold a button, but on the other hand it can be used to** W + ward** combo on lee sin which is unfair to other players. Can i use macro to just hold a single button or im going to be accused like the same guy who use it to do a lee sin combo with one button?
