Ideas for Veigar, change up his tools slightly.

I might be posting this suggestion in the wrong place, so, excuse me if I am.

I've been thinking of how to significantly change Veigar's inability to now hit you with Event Horizon (E) outside of praying to and I propose a solution.

The idea swimming in my head is mix in some elements of Vel'koz's Tectonic Disruption (E) and Soraka's Starcall (Q). The new attack would have the shape of his gauntlet, made out of his dark mana, aether, whatever. And it would have these effects.

~ When casted near Veigar it would be casted quickly, with reduced power and shove enemies away from Veigar, in a cone outwards. This would look like a magical aparition of his gauntlet slapping enemies away from Veigar. ~ When casted away from Veigar it would have it's standard delay, hit with full force and pull enemies towards Veigar towards the center of a cone. This would be represented by the gauntlet grasping and crushing the champions as they are pulled closer.

I think would be a nice change that would still keep his Evil Mage look while giving him a tool to play with along with his E. I would mention Primordial Burst (R), ideas but I think there was a thread for that not a week ago.
