I was playing nautilus jungle. They had a Yi and lo and behold he was going devour. So I did what any good jungler would do and shut him down, Hard. Still though I couldn't be in his jungle all game and he was able to scrounge up sated. Boom, suddenly he is able to 1v5 my team. A nasus, kat, draven, kennen, and me. No items only sated. SO yea def a very balanced item.

The problem isn't Sated, it's friggin champs like

, 
, 
with infinite snowball potential that can still kill you if they get one kill that is the problem. Sated is fine for AA-Focused champs, it's just there are some that get serious power spikes from it.
If you got 1v5'd by a Yi with only Sated, that's not Sated, that's you being stupid enough to not use any CC at ALL on Yi... 'Cause... he really doesn't do much damage without a BotRK.
