Server Disconnect Issues During Ranked game

Entire team was Disconnected, Enemy team was DC'd, We all assumed server issues, but out of curiosity; is it possible to perform a Local D-DoS (or something similar) to a game from inside it? because my team was pretty sure our Heimerdinger might have been doing it.

Our team was kind of expecting a "Loss Forgiven" but then we get sodomized with losing LP during a game where NO ONE had a stable connection.
