why cant we get orange essence for the legendary in the twitch prime ?

i think its dumb that we dont get the orange essence equal for the skin upgrade thing in the twitch prime capsule , cause what if someone is below lvl 2 and cant get any essence, plz rito give us orange essence for the prime capsule!
