My games are getting harder
It feels like the games I play norms or aram are too hard for me. Is there anything I can do to get placed with lower lvl players?

you can play against intermediate bots?
It should always be a challenge. If it's getting beyond your skill level you'll likely start losing more, which will reduce your MMR and eventually place you with lower MMR opponents. If you're just looking to have an easy game where you are better than the rest of the players, that's not how it works.
