Can't play Yas with statik?

I was playing Yas the other day. I was using his old build like: statik, ie what not. It was working quite well to be honest, but we still lost the game. I stopped playing after that, but when I came back my account got suspended for 14 days for not being on the meta and being abusive. By the way, this was normal draft pick. I've been gone for 6months now so I don't really know anthing about this, and for my entire league of legends career, I've never been reported for something like this (4-5yrs).
