Jungle help

I've been put in the spot of jungle lately in normal so I have to ask for any good junglers for 3150ip or less. I've played eve and had a really hard time early but did ok once the game went on. I usually played gnar top and generally did well. Based on this info is there any good junglers with a ok to good early and good overall throughout the game and generally fun to play.

P.s is singed, or twitch viable jungle
