Surrendering

I've played this game for a very long time and every once in a while i get a team where it will be every lane fed and it will reach that 20 minute mark ofthe game and the obvious ff comes out but there will be 2 people (usually a duo) that refuse to surrender the game. Yes, yes i understand "all games are winnable" honestly i don't care if it's winnable i don't want to give another 30-40 mins of my life to try and win 1 game why is this allowed? i understand everyone has their bad games and everyone has had a time in their life where they just want to flame their team but, if the team agrees to ff and its just 2 people that don't want to the rest of the team shouldn't be forced into staying without risking banning or suspension.

Also shouldn't this be considered trolling in some circumstances and if so why isn't this reportable?

Because “giving up” is a reportable offense, “refusing to give up” shouldn’t be one as well.

How should it not be? considering it is 3 people who no longer wish to play and 2 people who do and also what you are saying is that because 2/5 people on your team want to play you are forced to continue or face a form of punishment its basically holding 3 people hostage unless they don't care about their account. Basically my point is if your a duo and you go 0/10 and want to keep playing because "they might throw" that's a load of garbage i shouldn't be forced to spend 30 mins more on this game that is already decided because 2 people who fed cant get over the idea of coming back. there is a difference between 1 person giving up and ruining it fro everyone and majority of people want things to be over and certain players being selfish.
